How to Make Custom Cover Pinchbooks™
① Print a custom cover using the custom cover template.
② Trim the print inside the guide lines using a precision rotary trimmer such as the Rotatrim Professional "M".
③ Insert the trimmed print into the book cover pouch.
④ Use a brayer hand roller to apply pressure all over the cover pouch.
⑤ Insert the book cover pouch with the print into a high quality pouch laminator with adjustable heated rollers, such as the James Burn USA Sprinter 335R6 (the only laminator that has been tested and approved for Pinchbooks™).
⑥ Use the Assembly Jig to connect the laminated cover and Pinchbook™ mechanism.
⑦ Pull back the book covers, insert your pages, close the cover, and you are finished!
