Overview
The EconoDot GlueDots® dispenser offers a high-speed glue application solution for packaging facilities, retail distributors, and more. It features a unique automatic advancing function that leaves both of your operators' hands free to handle the items to be glued. This creates a fast and convenient application, with the ability to glue at speeds up to 1 dot per second. This bench top adhesive applicator machine can handle short on-demand jobs with the same speed and efficiency as it can large jobs. It dispenses single dots on a roll that allows for perfect placement with no waste and no mess. It has a fairly small design, measuring just 18 ½" W x 7" D x 10 ½" H, so can fit into work shops or offices of all kinds. The EconoDot is so easy to use, it can be done by anyone in your office or plant.
How to use the EconoDot adhesive applicator:
① Load applicable GlueDots® refill rolls onto the EconoDot and plug in the machine
② Press your product to the nose plate to apply the dot

The GlueDots® EconoDot is a new economical bench-top adhesive dispenser designed for long and short term projects. The EconoDot automatically dispenses a single Glue Dots® pattern with no waste, no mess and no excess glue. Glue Dots® automatically advance with the EconoDot offering fast and easy operation. The lightweight design and small footprint make it more portable that other adhesive machines. The EconoDot is maintenance free and will drastically speed up your projects.
The EconoDot automatically advances Glue Dots® patterns when the operator's hand or the product to which they're applying the Glue Dots® covers then uncovers the photo sensing eye's beam.

Hi What is the weight of each 3/8" glue dot?

Hello. For the EconoDot applicating machine, you can choose from wither a 1/2" low profile super high tack, a 3/8" low profile high tack, or a 3/8" low profile super high tack. We do not have a weight for each individual glue dot, sorry. You can shop the GlueDot rolls available here: https://www.binding101.com/econodot-refills
