Overview
The Intimus® 32 CC3 is the most powerful personal shredder that Intimus® has ever designed. It can destroy paper, CD's, DVD's, credit cards, staples and even paper clips using a cross cut cylinder that creates small 5/32" x 1 ā " [4mm x 28mm] shred particles for added security. If unauthorized users such as children are a concern, this shredder can ease your worries with the user lock feature. The 9 ½" wide feed opening allows for paper as large as letter size, with a little more wiggle room for crooked sheets, and a service indication light tells you when it's time to oil the machine for preventative maintenance.

Description
The Intimus® 32 CC3 is the strongest of the Intimus PRO personal shredder line. The hardened steel cutting cylinders will power through up to 141 sheets of paper per minute. This model has a shredding capacity of 10 - 14 sheets at one time. It will also destroy CD's, DVD's, credit cards, staples and paper clips. There are several features that make this unit preferable over other personal shredders. Intimus has designed the machine to be very simple to use. The function controls guide the operator with easy to read illuminating symbols (examples shown below). An innovative technology called Silentec was added to keep the noise level down. This technology ranks the 32 CC3 the most silent of shredders in its class. Two separate catch bins (waster bins) are used simultaneously; one for paper waste and one for all other materials providing efficient recycling. For energy efficiency, this document shredder will automatically go to sleep mode when not in use. Intimus also decide to mount the 32 CC3 on rollers for more operator flexibility.
User Lock: The operator can lock the shredder from being used by an unintended user such as a child. When the shredder is in locked mode, this symbol lights up.
Service Information: This symbol advises the user when it is time to oil the cross cut shafts. Proper maintenance of the shredder increases long term performance.
Bin is Open: When the waste bin is not positioned securely in the shredder this symbol will appear and the machine will not operate until the bin is positioned correctly.
Paper Jam: The paper jam light notifies the operator that they need to press the reverse button to release the jam.
Bin is Full: When the waste bin is at its capacity, the shredder will show this symbol to tell the operator it's time to empty the bin.
Motor Overheated: This symbol protects the shredder from being damaged by overuse. When this symbol appears the operator needs to stop shredding to let the drive components rest.
